Home selling vibes... please!! UPDATE AGAIN
i am hoping st. anthony and st. joseph will be working for me today.... we had a surprise showing this afternoon. neither the office nor my realtor knew about it. i pulled up to my house to the realtor and a (may i say a handsome?) guy. i told realtor i am embarrassed b/c we took out our christmas decoraction bins, i apologize, he said "don't worry about it". i went for a drive, then wound up sitting down the block. they were here for about 20 mins! So they didn't walk in then walk right out again...
It's Tuesday!! St. Anthony's day. Could he have found the right person to buy my house???
please send over your good vibes...

UPDATE: they called to schedule a second showing for today between 5:30-6:00. i thought this was a good sign. it's 6:54 now and haven't heard from anyone.
MY FINGERS ARE CROSSED AND ALL PRAYERS HAVE BEEN MADE!

The same people are coming back again today to view the home in daylight!! Please more vibes

It was the opposite... they showed up without anyone knowing. they didn't make an appointment! that was at 3:00 today, then made another appt for 5:30 today...
It was weird seeing people (two men) walking into my house. dummy me didn't run away!!! LOL

YES! they showed up and he left his business card on my kitchen counter, which was nice. Alot of realtors forget to even do that.

Thanks Scott! You have pretty much lived through this along with me since the beginning!
i can still buy the house off my mom & dad's hands, if i can make an offer to them within two weeks...

Yes, the first time was just husband, second time (dark out) was with wife. now they want day light (i guess they will both be coming).
