Homemade Baby Food Recipe Thread

I thought it would be nice to have one of these with recipes or links to websites.

I'll start:

Spicy Sweet Potato

1 medium Sweet Potato, peeled and diced
1 tbs of butter
1/4 tsp pumpkin-pie spice
1/8 tsp cumin

Cook sweet ppotato in boiling water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and place in food processor or blender. Microwave butter and spices together for 45 seconds. Add to potato mixture and puree until smooth. Makes 1 cup.

I agree that does sound yummy. I've been using one of the Annabel Kormel books for recipes and I'm going to try out some recipes from wholesomefoods.com. I don't have any that I could call my own. If you want, I'll share some of my favorites though.
