Homemade Gnocchi?
I made my own last night, and while it came out really good, I can't seem to make the pieces small enough and they turn out really heavy. Any tips???
and You can freeze it, right?

Re: Homemade Gnocchi?
My FIL made it and he had the same problem the first time. He made it last week and it was much smaller. I know that he let the potato sit for awhile and dry out. I will find out what else he did. Last week it was so yummy in a garlic & butter type sauce.

Re: Homemade Gnocchi?
I asked my FIL and he said he let the potato mixture dry out and get cool.
