homemade ice creams, sorbets, and gelato
I got an ice cream maker for Christmas. Anyone have any to die for recipes for stuff to make in it?
I have done a strawberry sorbet already, and it was good, but not at the exact texture i wanted it. it was my first try, so i dont mind. I am trying a vanilla bean ice cream tonite. between this and the chocolate fountain i am going to gain some, ugh  . i swear i think my MIL wants me to gain weight.

OMG I made green tea ice cream one year, it was fab. Also, I have made Jaffa Cake Ice Cream, CC Cookie Ice Cream, Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream....yummy! I just googled for recipes and picked the ones I liked best. Then I got bored with the ice cream macine and its now in the garage!

Cinnamon ice cream.
Just make the regular vanilla recipe & about 10 minutes prior to shutting the machine off add some cinnamon, I do it to taste, I guess it's about 1-2 teaspoons.
It's always a hit!
