Homemade stir fry sauce
I'm trying to avoid the bottles that either have a lot of corn syrup or cost $6.99.
Anyone have a recipe?

i would try a combo of some honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt & pepper

Try
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1-1/2" fresh grated ginger
2 tbs sesame oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
fish sauce (just a pinch, it is strong!)
1-2 stalks of green onion, chopped (scallion)
2 tbs some sort of 'sugar' - either honey, brown sugar or molassas for golden coloring and sweetness
ground pepper
red pepper flakes

i do equal parts soy and brown sugar
the 1/4 part of rice vinegar
