Homemade Turkey Burgers
I bought the shadybrook farms turkey meat thinking we were going to have turkey tacos tonight, and DH just told me that he's in the mood for a nice turkey burger. What do you add to the chop meat to make it a turkey burger?

Re: Homemade Turkey Burgers
I add some bread crumbs to bind it, then I usually add salt, pepper, cajun seasoning or lemon pepper.

Re: Homemade Turkey Burgers
I usually use montreal steak seasoning but adding a packet of Lipton onion or veggie dip packets is good too.

Re: Homemade Turkey Burgers
I like to make inside out cheeseburgers....season the meat with worschester, salt and pepper, chopped onions and a little garlic powder and bread crumbs if it needs it and then make two small patties, smoosh some cheese in between both of them and cook that way. The cheese oozes out and keeps the burgers from being too dry.
