Homeowners Insurance in Oceanside - Anyone know who is still writing?

We have had Allstate for homeowners since we bought our house in 2003, and just got the notice that we are one of the many who are not being renewed once our policy ends.

This morning we've been calling around to all the insurance companies we can think of and most are either not writing where we live or if they are, we are looking at an increase in our premium of more than $1k from what we are currently paying. The only one that is about the same price as what we're paying now lost its rating and is working to get it back, but our mortgage holder requires a B+ rating or better.

Anyone have any advice?
