Honest opinions on this dress for Christmas..
I need to make an appointment for Megans Christmas pictures as soon as possible so I am sure we get something. She HATES going for pictures so I figure if I start early, if I have to make more than one appt., I will have time. We dont do much for Christmas in the way of celebrating on the day. We just stay home with the family. But we are thinking of getting tickets to the Christmas show and of course Christmas week will be visiting people.
What do you think of this dress? Will it photograph well? I am in love with it but I just wanted other opinions since its $$$. TIA

I LOVE the dress!
Regarding the pictures: Katherine also HATES taking pictures. I tortured myself for 3 years--and last year Abby was thrown into the mix. They were screaming; I was sweating; we came back a second time just to go through it all again.   We returned home and had our own "photo shoot;" I made my own cards and got tons of compliments...much more so than with the professionals. Just saying...

Yes...this is what I was thinking of too actually. I took her for 2 year pictures, we left without ONE PIC! Although, the photographer was a JERK..but Megan just hates it. I gotta find somewhere I can take her though because we dont put up our tree until right before Christmas since its real. I figured, I will make 2 appointments, 2 different places. If she doesnt cooperate 2 times, then thats it. People will be getting a Christmas picture of her holding a pumpkin. Its not worth the stress!

However, didn't she wear plaid last year? If so I would go with something different just to change it up.
I wish you lived closer - I'd totally do the pics for you

I truly love that dress!!
And Noreen... my Niko is the exact same way with having prof. pictures taken. He was soo much better when he was younger but not now  . We tried 2 times for his 2nd birthday pictures and he would NOT have it. He screamed, he ran around, he threw a fit...just overall would not cooperate. So nope, we dont have any birthday pictures and I'm not holding out hope for Holiday pics either 
So I feel your pain
