Honest opion wanted please...
So, I am going with white cabinets in my kitchen (which is small) so what I was thinking is since I have to put the w/d in the corner (no basement) is doint this in white, then the dishwasher in white, then the stove in the black and white and the refrig in black. What's your thoughts? My thinking is I am trying to break it up a little.

I like all the appliances the same color-how about stainless-then if you ever re-do you can keep them. IMO white is a little dated. Black can be ok, but I'd still go with stainless

I personally love matching colored appliances. I think it looks more put together. Why not get all the appliances in black, white cabinets and then the W/D in white, that would look good to me.
I don't find white appliances dated, in fact the more we talked about it they are easier to keep clean instead of stainless.

I think you should do the Washe/dryer in white so you don't call attention to them.
Then you should so the rest of the appliances in all the same color (stainless/black/white). Whichever you like the best.

I think that you should have all the kitchen appliances match. I would do either all white or all stainless. and tehn do the washer dryer in white as well. Is there anyway you could make a closet around the washer dryer with bifold doors or is the kitchen too small for that?

Actually my kitchen has white cabinets with a black/white dishwasher and black/white stove and I think it looks WAYYY better than if they were just white. I'll get a picture for you tonite.
I think your on the right track. I think sticking with ALL white would look too institutional. Breaking it up with the black is a great idea

I LOVE matching appliances, personally!
In our kitchen, we have a stainless steel frig, a black stove and a white dishwasher....it drives me crazy!

I like all matching appliances and feel anything different would stand out more. Can you reface the outside of the washer/dryer with kitchen cabinets so they aren't obvious.
