Honeymoon Friends
did anyone keep in touch with friends they made on the honeymoon? dh & i met what we call the west coast version of us and have actually kept in touch with them for the last year and a half. now we're planning a trip to vegas with them in march  so my question is are we totally weird or did anyone else make friends like this?

we did! We met a couple from London while on our HM. They came to NY last June and are coming again this September. I want to go to London to see them too. The wife and I talk on email all the time.

We did too! we meet them in aruba last nov. when we got maried. we went to lake george and saratoga with them. we slept over their house over the summer. and just recently Dec. 30-31. we met up in the city and stayed at the marriot. we love our new friends!! we feel like we have known them forever.

i love these stories. you hear ppl say they met on their HM and have gone on vacation together every yr. i hope that'll be us!

My parents met my godparents on their HM and have been friends ever since. They live about 10 minutes from each other.

We met a great couple from Boston on our HM and we kept in touch with them for a few months after it, but then they were suppose to call us because they were coming to NY for the holidays and never did. I wish they did, i like having friends in different parts of the US. We have friends in San Fran and Virginia.

We e-mail one couple we met, they live in New Mexico. If we ever make it out there, we'll visit them and vice versa.
