Hoodia Tea
One of my co-workers was mentioning this tea. She said that Oprah had a show about this and Dateline. I've never heard of this.
I was wondering if anyone have used it and if it really works for losing weight. I could lose some 5 to 10 pounds.....
Any input on this? Or did anyone see the show?

see I dont get it, I thought the more you eat, frequent small meals helps you to loose weight, not suppressing it and not eating and missing meals?

it stops you from snacking and over eating
which are my problems- I eat very healthly meals with candy as a snack

sounds like me, I need a pill/powder/tea something to supress my sweet tooth!

At WW they say eat something sour when you want something sweet -- like a pickle when you want cand.
LOL I haven't tried that myself yet, lol...
