Just want to share a little story with you... I put an offer a house last year. I heard back almost immediately that there were 4 other offers 50k higher than ours... So we raised our offer a little... Then a little more after a couple of weeks... We kept looking and even had an offer in on another house that we were very serious about. Low and behold after a month, ALL 4 other offers fell through and well, a year later I'm typing this to you from it...

I just realized I misunderstood...I thought she had an offer of 2 grand less than her asking price..my mom is sick and her voice is hoarse, and I totally didn't hear her clearly.

but no, her counteroffer was 2 grand less than the asking price..

sooo.....maybe in a few days I will recounter her counter price..

this whole thing is such a game, such a mindf^ck, right?

i know everyone wants their cut of the pie, but this is why I never liked debate team - I just like the bottom line.
