hopefully someone here can help since you guys are the food experts! ? RE catering bbq
i'm catering my son's christening at the end of the month and thought it would be different to cater some bbq. i've looked around at different places and have a pretty good idea of what i want, pulled pork, ribs and chicken. now the problem is how much do i get of each? i'm expecting about 50 adults and 15 kids. PLEASE HELP! I'M LOST!!!

We have used Joe's BBQ. They are awesome. They come with their big grills. They have packages and I am pretty sure they grow some of their own veggies.
They are based out of the east end but travel the island.

For DS's 1st b-day we did BBQ and it was a hit. We had about 50-60 adults. I think we had:
1 tray pulled pork with potato rolls on the side 1 tray of chicken pieces 1 tray of BBQ ribs 1 tray of mac and cheese 1/2 tray cole slaw 1/2 tray baked beans Mini corn muffins 1/2 tray chicken finger for kids
I feel like I am forgetting something, maybe we had another 1/2 tray of ribs. But we had food leftover!!!!
