Horrible BACH ACHE at 25 weeks.....could it be....
....contractions? I know the baby is breech and facing toward my back, but I began to spot again yesterday. I never had one ounce of back pain (or spotting) with my DS. I called the OB last night and left a message, so I am just waiting for someone to return my phone call so I can be seen today. But what can I do about this back pain...? And it's even difficult to breathe, sit, and sleep. I feel like I need to do something at all times just so I don't think about it!

what kind of pain is it? is it like sharp shooting pain??
if it is, it could be sciatica... i've been suffering from that since about 23/25w

I've had sciatica down my but and leg in the past. This is more in the middle/upper back...like someone is stepping on my back and pulling up on my arms and legs.
Actually, just describing this made me realize that my boobs did grow tremendously...I wonder if the strain can be from that....

hmm... if its a constent pain, i wouldnt think they would be contractions... try upping your water intake!
i've had middle to upper back pain myself, but its only lasted a little while & after i rest, it goes away
