Horrible cramps!!! Whats wrong with me???
For the past few days, I have been feeling awful... pain and cramping around where my ovaries are...
a lot of bloating... My stomach is puffy...
also, I feel like there are friggen hot pokers being shoved up my a s s - sorry for the TMI, but it really is so painful!!!!
I am not due to get AF until July 27, so I feel its too early for it to be PMS - what's wrong with me????

let me just saw OH MY GOD ,I was going to post the same thing, I made a dr. app't for tomorrow. Mine feels like ovualtion cramps but I am on the pill, I shouldn't ovulate right? I screwed up the pill last month maybe that is it? I hope it is not the appendix.
I hope it is just gas, but I have felt this for 5 days now.
ETA : I don't have the hot poker thing going on.

HA, DH and I are shooting to TTC either in January - Feb or June-July '09

Mittelschmerz is a German word which translated literally means "middle pain." Other words you may hear include: ovulation pain, midcycle pain, menstrual, middle pain, or cramps.

I was thinking ovulation pain also (i get that too now ever since having DS) or maybe a cyst on your ovary?

I never felt myself ovulating before I had DD. I think having her put me more "in tune" with things like that though, and it sounds like it.
Although I did think  immediately.
I feel like you post a lot of pregnancy symptoms woman!!!! Like one day we're gonna find out that you have been secretively pregnant, all along!
Okay, I'll stop freakin' you out now

I get that too, in my case it's very very painful lasts for few days and then just goes away
I had it before DD and started again 2 months ago.
(I don't have that hot thingy up my a$$$ thingy though)

Ovulation cramps are one thing.
OK, very TMI....
my ONLY pregnant symptom for the entire pregnancy was really, really, really bad stomach cramps and the aftermath... oh, painful, very painful... 37 weeks later
Never wished ovulation cramps on anyone but I hope that's what it is

My uncle is a doctor and when he was doing his residency he delivered one of those women! How do you not realize you are pregnant?!?!?!
Yea, so It probably is ovulation pains that you are having too. Feel better. Take some motrin.
