Re: Hospital bag questions?
I don't think you will need a diaper bag.
I am bringing my boppy to make bf'ing easier.

Re: Hospital bag questions?
You do not need the diaper bag. They will give you one and they tell you to take everything on the cart--and take it!
I didn't bring my boppy b/c I wasn't breast feeding and I didn't want it to get left behind.

Re: Hospital bag questions?
I have two hospital bags, one to grab on the way. One to have DH bring before I go home. The second has the diaper bag in it and going home stuff for me. (Both bags are small, I'm trying not to bring too much.)
I am also bringing my boppy when I go to the hospital.
Don't forget your camera!

Re: Hospital bag questions?
No diaper bag needed, the hospital supplies everything, like someone said above, take the stuff on the cart like diapers, wipes, formula, pacifiers!
i bf'd and i didn't bring my boppy, i didn't want to bring the hospital home with me. I used an extra pillow at the hospital.
As a BTDT, i am barely taking a duffle bag, last time I so overpacked and didn't use more than 1/2 my stuff. The only things in my hospital bag are my toiletries, my own pillow, flip flops, candy, a pic of DD and coming home outfit for baby.

I agree, I overpacked the first time and learned my lesson this time around. It took me an all of 5 minutes to pack.

Re: Hospital bag questions?
i didn't bring an actual diaper bag and a boppy. and i breastfed. the hosp gave me plenty of blankets and stuff to prop up my baby during feedings. and i did bring a couple of duffle bags. one that held change of clothes, blah blah blah stuff and the other for what the hosp let me leave with. Re: Hospital bag questions?
I was told that you dont need a diaper bag b/c the give u a lot of stuff in the hospital. But you should bring your boppy if u definitely plan on breastfeeding.
