I haven't been on one yet so I don't know what to ask but...I read an article about this in baby center just the other day. I'm sure it would be helpful, there were lots of suggestions.

when i went on mine, they covered everything i could possibly want to know. i left feeling very confident and happy.
can you bring your mom or a close friend with you? there were a few moms there without the dads when i went!
