this is what I would make for 20 people...its sure hit dishes I have made before.

a big fruit salad, bagels w butter and cream cheeses, maybe sausage and mimosas. I do not think u need much more then that. You can even make speciality ice coffees, The great thing about these is u make them ahead n just pop them in the oven.
I also have a recipe for sausage n mozzarella casserole w sundried tomatoes if u would like.
