I'm clueless, never did a brunch before. What do I put out??
I'm making a french toast casserole, that's all I know right now.

Your welcome! I have some more ideas to add:
-tuna fish salad -coffee cake -cinnamon rolls -biscotti -fresh fruit or fruit salad -tea/coffee
I wish I could be hosting Easter brunch!! We eat at the IL's and breakfast is usually just scrambled eggs. they do easter dinner only and it is always ham and I am a vegetarian. LOL.

Coffee cake hash brown casserole spiral ham (gives you the smokey flavor of bacon without the work of cooking it!)
If you are truly looking for a lunch/breakfast combo, you could also add pasta salad, fresh mozzarella with basil & balsamic vinegar, proscuitto wrapped melon.
I would stick with anything you can make ahead of time

Re: Hosting Easter Brunch this year - Need ideas!
last year i had a very small brunch.... -french toast casserole -spinach and potato frittata -bacon and sausage -bagels with cream cheese and butter -fruit -juice, coffee, tea and chocolate milk
this year it will be bigger so i am going to add -tuna -egg salad -cold cuts -pasta salad -honey baked ham -scalloped potatoes
-----i am doing it kind of low maintenance. i have 3 little ones and want to enjoy the morning with them. i want it to be mostly stuff i can prepare the night before or have ready in the fridge for the morning.
