I was never a big chocolate person but have been craving it. I even made a chocolate cake with choco chips this past weekend

It is absolutely okay. I wouldn't have coffee, soda & hot chocolate in the same day ODing on caffeine or anything, but as long as you are reasonable about it, go enjoy!

I have one almost every day. We are allowed the caffeine equivelant of 2 cups of coffee a day...I don't think 1 mug of hot cocoa comes close to that.

I think hot cocoa has only something like 5 mg of caffeine. You could have 20 cups a day if you wanted.
