hot dogs?
are they really bad to eat, i have a package of boars head, lite- 50% less fat and 50% lower sodium? i am really craving these f-ers......
how bad are they?

they are NOT that bad. I eat Hebrew National
There are organic hot dogs by Applegate Farms with no nitrates in them

i ate hot dogs during both my pregnancies, my obgyn never told me to avoid hot dogs. both my kids are 100% healthy, enjoy those hot dogs.

An occasional hot dog is OK but I wouldn't eat them as a staple food. I probable had 3-4 my entire pregnancy. It's the nitrates that are bad. I would get preservative free hot dogs, bacon, etc.
