Hot flashes- post pregnancy.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I have been waking up in the middle of the nite soaked in sweat.

Yes they continued for me for a few weeks after, I'm now almost 7 months pp and I swear my body temp is still running hotter than before I was pregnant.

Oh boy, I remember that all too well. I would sweat so bad that we'd have to change the sheets in the middle of the night and I'd have to change my clothes. It was horrible. But it went away in like two weeks. It's just your body ridding itself of excess fluid, combined with your hormones leveling out.Chat Icon
