Hot Mother's Day Mom's Check In
Well it's Monday. How is everyone doing.
I'm kind of at a standstill. Recovery from my surgery has been harder than I expected so that has put a real damper on my exercise routine. I'm still trying to watch what I eat but I doubt I'll be anywhere near my goal for this challenge.

You can't expect to work out if you're recovering from surgery, you have to rest to get better! Cut yourself a break. I was baaaaaaaad this wkend w/eating but am trying to make up for it this week. It's so hard to be good on the weekends!

I am down 3 pounds!
I cant believe it. I feel like I cheated this past week and I just felt "off."
Overall, I have lost 14.6..
I am still shooting for 20 by Mothers Day..I hope!'

well I had my monthly weigh in....
gained 3 lbs! 
but lost inches on all measurements.
I know what they say about muscle and all, but I still hate seeing that weight gain.

didnt gain didnt lose , I'll take it. Started the south beach diet yesterday,so far so good now I need to put some exercise into my day.
