Hot Weather advice

Holy Crap its a scorcher! Its hot as heck here!!! So thats like, 75-79 Degrees.

You know the saying...only mad dogs and englishmen sit out in the noonday sun...well its true! They all get naked as soon as the sun comes out...

Anyway, yes its hot and *shock horror* we have NO air conditioning!! I have ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but today it was boiling and poor baby Noah was so hot...so my question is, what can I do to help him cool down? He is a hot little man, just like his daddykins!

If you have any advice...let me know. This poor kid has been stuck to me all day (literally stuck to me!!!)

don't put socks on his feet kids tend to sweat through there feet at least thats what I ahve been told and keep very light close on him make sure he has lots of cool fluids and try to keep in in the shade

How about a nice bath with the water not too warm? He will feel nice and refreshed.

Not a parent, but at least I feel refreshed after a shower in the blazing heat

WHat can I give him to drink besides BM???
Could I give him water or some watered down juice or something???

Check with your ped. that its ok that he can have juice if so then yes I would give him juice with water and just plain water
