Hot Yoga in Nassua County?
Can anyone recco a good place for Hot yoga in nassau county, preferably with a 90 min class?
I currently live in RVC and go to bikram yoga rvc but we are moving to bellmore and I'd prefer something more local.

I go to Hot Yoga Massapequa.
Going East, it's on Sunrise in between Best Western, Ciao Baby & Verizon. You park in the back or on a side street.
All of the classes are the same and all 90 minutes.
I usually go to the 8PM class during the week and try to go on one weekend day.
They have the $20.00 for 10 days of unlimited classes to check it out.
It's $145.00 a month for unlimited classes if you get it automatically taken out of your account.

BTW: Try to get there at least 20-30 minutes early to find decent parking and to get a good spot in class!

P.S. I think there's also a newer studio that recently opened on Sunrise on the border of Wantagh/Seaford near Acura. I don't think it's just hot yoga though.

I am pretty sure i will end up here. I have heard good things! I am moving at the end of June. I take an 8:15 class now in RVC, so i will most likely end up in the 8pm class with you. I will let you know when I plan on taking a class.

I go here too! When do you take class? I'm doing the work study so I am always there on Saturdays at least.
