Hotel reco near Dutch Wonderland?
We stayed at the Continental Inn last year which is a total yuck-hole. We were planning to stay at the Best Western, but they require a two night minimum....soooo, can anyone recommend a hotel that's as *nice* as the Best Western?
TIA!

Willow Valley is pretty nice and it includes meals. I don't know if there is a minimum stay.

When I was growing up we went there every year - it is definitely geared toward families. We loved it (although it was quite some time ago). I can't wait to take DD there when she gets a little bit bigger.
They just had an ad in one of the neighborhood magazines -
Mar 28 - June 14 (excluding Mem weekend) starting at $139 /night weekdays, $159 weekends including breakfast (the food is great).
June 24 - August 2 - $169 weekdays, $189 weekends.
These rates are per couple. Kids 12 and under are free.
The website says that the weekend requires a 2 night minimum stay.

Oh how funny that you posted this. A friend of DH's wants to go. Her and her husband have a little boy. This friday night they are coming over to discuss plans on going there so I am going to check out some of these hotels that were recommended.

Re: Hotel reco near Dutch Wonderland?
Thanks all! We're not doing Willow Valley because my friend (who's traveling with us), will be there the month before. Another friend just recommended the "Sleep Inn" in Ronks. It's a new motel (love *new*!) and she had a great experience there last year so we may just book there.
Thanks again!

My SIL and I just booked the Country Inn and Suites that is supposed to be only a few years old and right across from the park. We have never been there, but other people recommended it. It was cheap too. We are going in May.
