Hotels with spa on Long Island?
DH's parents offered to pay for me and DH to stay at Gurney's for one night as a 30th birthday present. Problem is, Gurney's requires a 3 might stay on weekends during the summer. We can't ask DH's parents to swing that.
We are willing to go anywhere for ONE night but we'd like it to have a spa. Any suggestions?

I agree. They have an awesome spa. The food at the restaurant (part of a spa package) was pretty good too.

That looks nice... is it at all close to any wineries? I am bad with Suffolk geography
ETA: Nevermind, they have a map on their site
