It's the neighborly thing to do: Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria spends her 32nd birthday paying a visit to new parents Marcia Cross and Tom Mahoney in Santa Monica on Thursday. Cross gave birth to fraternal twin girls Eden and Savannah on Feb. 20.
