House for rent(Lindenhurst)
We are renting out our house that we are in now as of Sept 1st. It is a small 3 bedroom 1 bath house with new bathroom, carpets, one bedroom upstairs was totally gutted and redone with a walk in closet. We are asking $1100 plus utilities, we will pay the water. The heating system is BRAND new just put in the beginning of march. Backyard, washer/dryer hook up(not sure if we are leaving the washer/dryer yet)
Please if you know please FM or just help me spread the word!

Oil not sure since its a brand new heating system but electric and gas are about $125 together in the winter and about $175 in the summer(bc of AC) We pay the water..then if you get your cable, phone and internet whatever...
