House for sale $350k E. Northport WITH PICS - Bellcrest Section
Hi girls, Just wanted to let you know that my neighbor's house is available. If you'd like I can send you some pics and if you give me your # I can have my neighbor Pete call you.
Basics:

lot size (very nice size) 65x160-nice level lot
Taxes $2400
GREAT starter house - plenty of room to put on an extension if you want.
Here are some pics I took just now. Its a little cloudy outside but I think they came out OK.
There is ONE picture that is our yard (you can see my DH mowing the lawn), I included that pic because our lot size is the SAME SIZE as my neighbor's but it's hard to tell because of the deck, etc at his house. Image Attachment(s):

Its off Vernon Valley Rd. and on the border of Northport/E. Northport. The streets are Forest, Bellcrest, Norton, etc.
