House for Sale down the street from me.
This house is up for sale and it is down the street from me.... It just went up on the market.
Just thought I'd share.... I have always loved how homey and pretty it looked. It is ML#1824186

I agree... Couldn't beleive it was over 500.... we bought ours for mid 4's almost two years ago and we have an extension- I don't think that one does.
By the way- where do u live?

very nice area, well kept house but holy krap thats a small kitchen for a half a million plus!!!
I'd bet that one has the "just reduced" header that almost HALF the homes in todays paper had! People are FINALLY getting realistic.

I think that they just might reduce the price...Or will accept a bid for lower
The house prices in Commack i see are def coming down...
sad to say the taxes will remain outrageous

wow, maybe I was right about them dropping it fast even though it was JUST listed. They dropped 6k in a few days. Not huge I understand but still pretty fast compared to how things went this time last year. I bet that house sells by the end of the school year for 485-495. Anybody selling house in a neighborhood like that with little kids already has another house (probably in Commack) purchased. They need a deal.

Honestly, that is WAY, WAY overpriced! It's only on a 1/3 of an acre, taxes are ok but the bedrooms and kitchen look small. Over 500K for a small ranch in this market? I wonder how many people will even come by to look.
