Im not in your state but most of the Realty companies have websites as well.
I know I used to frequent www.coldwellbankermoves.com when I lived in LI.

MLSLI is probably the most comprehensive... look at Prudential Elliman's website and forsalebyowner.com

Listingbook is the best out there! It gives you all the inside details that usually only brokers see too!
If you can't get a subscription though from a realtor, then I also suggest frontdoor.com

you can search by MLS #, zip code, school district, etc.
Also it gives dates and amounts of the changes in price of the house.
