House W/Good Potential in Kings Park
Although I already bought a house I still look online. This house was just reduced and is in a nice area. It looks like a good deal for someone who is willing to do the work on it. Here is th link:

My friend looked at it last week - He said it was disgusting. A woman and her son were living there and he has no idea how they could of. The bathroom and the kitchen were so gross. The whole house needs to be gutted. The pool looks like they havent used it in 10 years. Also the pool was filled with garbage

Looks are very deceiving. The kitchen table has folding chairs and the rooms look VERY small.

I grew up in KP and had two friends that lived on that block....from what I remember it was a nice block to live on. Just some positive feedback. It wouldn't hurt to go look at it.
