i have no idea.... but have you tried the Spare Rib on Commack? To DIE for, they're so good! they're also re-opening their Hicksville location in the near future.

i used to loveeeeeeeee the spare rib but they closed the one on OCR in hicksville. are they gonna reopen that location? cause its some other restaurant right now.

yes, they are opening the hicksville one back up. i was in the one in Commack the other night and the waiter was telling us he was only working to refamliarize himself with the menu and layout of the place because he was going to manage the Hicksville one. It sounded like it was going to be in the same spot, but don't quote me on that.
DH loves the place.. he even has the Ribs Reward card!

I used to love Outback but the last time I had it I didn't think it was so great.
If you are looking for a rib fix, I think they are better at Smokin' Al's or
Bobb-i-que's.

same here.
im totally into bbq places and smokin als is great on long island. i cant get ribs at chain resturants anymore its not the same. we also just went to big bad bobs bbq in oceanside i know they have another location on long island the ribs were really good.
