How are you able to wear flats??
Im 5'6" and all my pants are SOOO long on me. I cant even think about flats w/ pants. I have to wear heels everyday.
Do you get your pants hemmed or am i shopping int he wrong stores?

my work pants are usually hemmed for my heels...but when i wear flats the pants don't look that bad. i mean, yea, they are a little long...but i prefer my pants longer then shorter.

me too.
I've even bought the same pair of black pants and had them hemmed two different ways: one for heels, one for flats. (I really liked the way the pants fit!)
I very rarely find pants that don't need to be hemmed.

same here.
for the jeans, the ones i wear with flats are usually 'petite' or 'short'. I'm 5'5". With velour pants (or yoga pants... those styles) they usually fit length-wise, but if they're a little long, i fold them over at the waist and its usually just enough so that they're not dragging on the floor.

If it's dress pants, I usually go with the "short" length, which is great with flats for me (I'm 5'7).
I love Jcrew jeans, and also get them in short which are great with flats, or regular which I wear with heels.

I'm 5 9!! So pants being too long are NEVER an issue!! 
But honestly- I never wear flats- can't get past the fuddy duddy way I feel in them... I wish I could though- would solve my pant length issues!!

same here... usually, ALWAYS in heels  I have some jeans I wear sneakers or other flats with if I'm just running errands on the weekends. All my jeans are long

I'm sort of in between petite & regular, so some of my petites are too short for heels, s I wear them with flats.
Although, today, I just stepped all over my jeans.

im just pushing 5' im very short and i happen to hate heels on a regular basis so im always in flats and sneakers i buy short/petite some places are longer then others ...i usually do best in Express and Ny and co. any other place i have to get things hemmed!

i have different pants for flats and heels. when i worked in the city this summer i am embarrassed to say that if i switched into sneakers or flats i'd clip my longer pants up with binder clips 
i had really comfy heels so usually i'd just wear those if i wore pants, and would wear flats/sneakers with skirts, but i hate having pants drag so i'd clip 'em up and look like a doof for my commute

I buy jeans labeled short and can only wear flats w/them... I'm 5'4'' I also cuff a lot of pants...heck, everyone else does it! In the past I have gotten work pants altered for flats that can also be worn w/very low heals.

I have old-lady feet and can't really wear heels, and it really kills me that I have to look for "short" pants when I'm 5'6". So few of the pants that look nicest on me even come in "short" or "ankle" length. Come on, 5'6" is not short! So I get so annoyed if I have to pay to hem "regular" pants. And "petite" clothes don't fit my body; somehow the crotch is in totally the wrong place or something, don't even get me started...

I literally have pants for flats and pants for heals. my heals are high, so the pants have to be a little long so i can never get away with wearing them with flats. I prefer heels over flats so most of my pants are longer. But I'm 5'3 and I have to hem most pants I buy they are never short enough.
