How are you spending Mother's Day?
Just curious, esp. for first time moms, do you celebrate with your mom/mil?

DH is working on my first mother's day....so we're going to dinner tonight.
Sunday, I'll go to my parents house with DS.
MIL lives in Argentina, so don't need to worry about that

Dh is working so I'm spending it with my mom and dad. My dad is taking us out to buy flowers for the house. I'm cooking dinner for them later that night.

We will be having a BBQ... my mil, my sister, my grandma, my dh, and my fil... my sil is sick  so her and bil wont be there

Don't know. DH has something planned. He asked me if it would be a "cheat day" (I'm trying to lose weight). I'm hoping for all my favorite foods and lots of help with DD. We also may go to a Mother's Day BBQ at a friend's.

I have no idea......my MIL doesnt want to go out anywhere
So I guess I will be home with DH and the boys.
I will probably go to the cemetary in the morning

My parents, grandmother and brother are coming over for a BBQ. Relaxing...should be nice.
My MIL passed away a few years ago, so we will also be going to the cemetary in the morning to put flowers.

We are having a bbq with my mom, dad, mil, fil, bils, sils, brother and poss dh's grandma! I dont know why i decided this is how i wanted to spend my 1st mothers day bc dh is working that am and will get home just as everyone gets there so guess who is getting everything ready!!!

On Sunday we are going to dinner with my family, and next sunday we are going to my IL's to celebrate mothers day with them. My MIL figured it would be better that way, for us and Julia.
