How bad is it...
Not bad at all. My Dr told me during the first trimester that if my vitamins make me sick that it was ok to stop taking them. I never had to do that though. I know ever Dr is different. Mine believes that we should be getting most of our vitamins from diet.

How bad is it...
I don't take any. Didn't with my last pregnancy either. Made me way too sick, even further in to pregnancy. I eat a lot of healthy food (in between all the unhealthy stuff) that are high in folic acid. I do take a separate iron pill though bc I'm borderline anemic regularly and def need the extra iron

Thanks ladies! I am spending tonight at my grandparents because I didn't want to drive home late at night and realized when I got here that I didn't have them with me... You made me feel much better!

How bad is it...
Sometimes I forget to bring water upstairs and am too lazy to walk back downstairs to get it. I skip vitamins on those nights. It's not bad at all!

Not bad. I know some girls who never took them at all. My OB told me the baby will take what it needs from you. So the vitamins are more for you...to replenish what the baby is taking from you
