How big of a hero?
I plan on having just family over for DS' birthday. We're Italian and we like to eat. Usually I have done pizzas but my mom has "requested" something different. There is going to be 11 adults and one child. Aside from the hero, there is only going to be a salad. How big should I get? 4ft?

Get 6. Good for big eaters. You can everyone home with a couple. And left overs for you.

I agree. I had a whole bunch of people over a few weeks ago and got a 6 ft. 1/2 Italian, 1/2 chicken cutlet.
I had enough leftover to send a Ziploc bag home with the ILs and a few for lunch the next day.
Thank goodness we had burgers and dogs on hand.
