How can I "dress-up" grilled Mahi-Mahi?
I'm grilling up some mahi-mahi steaks tonight but I need something to "dress" it up a little bit. Any ideas?

A mango salsa
I was going to say the same thing. This is the recipe that I use:
Mango-Cilantro Salsa: 1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted, diced 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped 1/2 red onion, chopped zest of one lime juice of one lime 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, washed and patted dry, chopped 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
Combine and stir gently together. Cover and refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.

I love mango salsa on grilled fish. It's really good with grilled tuna.
I also like grilled rings of pineapple with grilled fish or chicken. YUM!!
eta: do you think I used the word grilled enough?
