How can I tone my arms?
I've been doing some weights for while (light), but I don't see any difference. What would you recommend? Thanks!

How can I tone my arms?
Push-ups . Specifically tricep push-ups. You tube it and perform them very slowly. Take at least 3-5 seconds to go down. Also try hand release push ups in the same manner.

Push ups but if you don't like to do push ups or want to switch it up, try regular plank, and side plank.

Re: How can I tone my arms?
Thanks for answering!
I was doing with 4 lbs triceps, biceps, etc. I joined a gym (almost 2 months ago) and I'm taking classes and on some classes I'm doing 5 lbs or 7.5 lbs. I'm doing a class once a week that is called barre burn and I use only a 2 lb.
I do push ups but i can't go down that much. It's so hard!

How can I tone my arms?
I hate push ups and lifting weights. When I took Pilates and yoga classes, I was amazed how my body changed including having toned arms which I never had before. The result wasn't instant but it was something I loved to do and didn't feel like exercise. If your gym has yoga/Pilates, try those classes.

Your arms, especially the triceps area just takes time and consistency.
When your working them I would turn so you can look at your profile in the mirror. Watch the muscle to make sure your actually engaging it.
It's also helpful if you do the exercise while your heart rate is elevated, so right after cardio. I would continue with what your doing for now, and do 3 sets of 12-15 reps. If your muscles aren't getting fatigued by the last set then increase the weight. Don't wait to long in between sets. Give yourself a 20 second break and stretch the muscle. GL!
