how did the toddlers adjust to the clock change?

Aly was up at 5:30 even though I put her to sleep later than normal last night, UGH. I hope it doesnt take long for her to get into the new groove. 5:30 AM does NOT work for us in this house.Chat Icon

Re: how did the toddlers adjust to the clock change?

See I think that is where I have to count my blessings - Ali usually didn't get up until 8:00-8:30, so she woke up at 7:30 this morning - not so bad for me.

It will be fun for DH when I go walking from 7:00-8:00 every morning and he has her and has to get ready Chat Icon Chat Icon

No huge problems here. They were up earlier than normal, but it still wasn't too early. They got up about 8 a.m. instead of their normal 9 a.m.

The last week or two they have been waking up at 8 - today 7. Hopefully it eventually goes back to 8! Chat Icon

This clock change thing never bothers Julia, she's such a great sleeper, she woke up this morning at 9am a little earlier then usual but she went to bed early last night.

Re: how did the toddlers adjust to the clock change?

Surprisingly went great for us. My 2yr old and 8mo old woke up at 8:00am Chat Icon and to top it off my 2yr old took a nap at 11am and is still sleeping therefore he should go to bed at an earlier time since he's taking an early nap. I think I might like this setting the clock back Chat Icon

Not sure if DD is considered a toddler, but she popped up at exactly the same time she wakes up every day just an hour earlierChat Icon That would be 5:40.

We kept her up an extra 1/2 hour for her morning nap and by this afternoon she was right back on scheduleChat Icon

Hayden's normal wake up time is 5:30Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon so this morning it was 4:30. I can not deal with that. I hope they get into the groove soon, for our sake.

She was up an hour earlier, so we kept her up for her nap and then bedtime at the same time as usual. I'm sure she'll be fineChat Icon
