First find out what your district will/ will not accept. Some districts are more strict with this than others. Some will let you take a class outside of your subject area, some will not allow any on line/ dinstance learning. Many LI districts have great Teacher's Centers which offer reasonable in service classes to count towards your 30.
I took 3 classes through Indiana-Wesleyan and do not recommend them. They sent a paper back to be redone and were not great to deal with.
I got my +60 with some "distance learning" from University of LaVerne (it's on line). It was really cheap and consisted of a pack of reading comprehension questions and a lesson plan or two.
Just look into what your district allows before spending any time or $!
