How did you tell your parents?
I'm trying to find a clever way to tell my parents that we're pg...any suggestions?

I used the poem that someone posted on here a while ago. I put it in a double sided frame and put a sono picture in the other side.

My mother knits and crochets so I purchased some yarn and a baby blanket instruction book and asked her to make me a yellow blanket. She was so busy reading the instructions to see if she knew the stiches, I had to ask her "Dont you want to know why?!?!!?" She looked over her reading glasses at me as said - Are you pregnant???
I am the last person she expected to come her saying I was pg. I dont think I ever expressed a desire to have kids so she was very surprised...
We surprised her at Christmas too, by telling her the sex of the baby with a Charm for her Grandma Charm Necklace...

We put a t-shirt on our black lab that read "I'm gonna be a big brother" and for clarification, "Mommy's having a baby!"
They loved it!

I had my parents come over to see if dad can get a stain out of my dining room carpet. My inlaws are next door so dh just told them to come in and say "hi'.
I handed both moms a gift bag and said "Sorry this is late, its a late mothers day gift"...I framed pics of my digital hpt test. I could't wait for a sono pic..I still had like a week and 1/2 to go before the dr. appt....LOL I was very impatient.

we bought I love Grandma and I love Grandpa bibs and when we gave them to them we told them we forgot to give them something we brought back from our honeymoon!

Since we got pregnant right before our wedding (but found out a few days after)... I had printed up a bunch of pictures from the wedding and put a picture of the pregnancy test at the bottom, so when they were looking though them... that was the last one they saw.
My mother's reaction was PRICELESS!!! I WISH I had it on video

We got oure wedding albums right when we found out we were PG, so we added a pic of the sono as the last page in their albums.

We had just gotten home from a cruise when we took the test. We took a picture of the positive HPT and stuck it in with our vacation photos and sent them to our parents.
