How dio you get eggplant really thin?
I Love eggplant and everytime I make eggplant parm i can never get it realy thin. I alwasy cut it uneven, any tips?

DW has a mandolin that she uses for stuff like this.

I use DH! He used to work in a restaurant 
Otherwise I'd use a mandolin. You can get them pretty cheap too.
