How do I count? AF related and potentially TMI
AF showed up on Monday morning, but it was really light. (More than spotting, but way lighter than my usual Day 1). Completely stopped by Monday evening. Nothing Tuesday. And came back with a vengance this morning.
SO... which day is CD1 ?!?

If you didn't need a tampon or pad. .then count today as day one..that's how I would do it.
