How do I eliminate the bed time bottle?
Is there any way other than cold turkey? DS is not happy

We're on night 2 of cold turkey and after the slightest bit of whining for his "emmm" (what he calls milk ), I think he's going to be OK.
Good luck! I've been stressing over this for the longest time and I'm so glad we just did it!

oh man..im dreading this. i have to cut out the morning bottle first..then i'll worry about the bedtime one.

Exactly what I did and it worked great!
1st night, Give a full bottle. 2nd night, an ounce less. 3rd, another ounce less.
Keep going until there is nothing left to offer. May take a week or so, but, it's not cold turkey.
