How do I explain a sleep study to a 2.5 year old?
We are going to the childrens hospital tomorrow night to do a sleep study, I have no idea how to explain this to my 2.5 year old why we will sleeping there and why she'll be hooked up to monitors all night without scaring her too much.
I know i'm in for a long nite...
Any advice?

Make it sound like a fun adventure. I assume that you will be staying with her???
If you, make it sound like you guys are going to have so much fun. You are going to the hospital like when she was born. It's just going to be you and her. Bring some fun girly stuff to do...like a mani/pedi, coloring, etc.
I haven't had to do this so I don't know if it's going to work but it's worth a try.
Big for Gianna!
