How do I get my eye to stop twitching?
My right eye is freaking out and twitching... I know it's because I am exhausted today and fighting a cold. Should I just get a good night's sleep tonight or is there something that I can do for the time being?

have a banana and drink lots of water. Do not have caffeine.

OMG, I had that eye twitch thing for weeks and couldn't get it to stop!!! It just stopped on its own for me.

Its can be stress related.. so try to calm down

I had that last week, and read that it was from exhaustion.
Get a few nights of good sleep and it should go away.
