word of mouth is how I found mine. I told people I knew aroiund my neighborhood that I needed one....and I found one. It is easier for me since I live on the edge of queens and most of the nannys live in brooklyn or queens

My old boss had a nanny. She was from Guatemala and they were sponsoroing her to become a citizen. He paid her 300 a week and she had a room at their house. On the weekend she went home to her own house. I believe she was through an agency
