How do I go about making a serious complaint against Best Buy where it will matter?

DH and I have had the WORST customer service experience of our lives. It's a long story and it's been going on since March and it's mostly at the local store level, but has recently expanded to Best Buy's headquarters. I have written a lengthy email to the manager at the local store here in NJ, DH has made verbal and written complaints to members of the staff as well and we have received absolutely NO reply.

It's like a very bad dream. Nobody at the store cares that we are dissatisfied. It's very obvious that they don't give a damn and don't need our business anyway.

I am 8 months pregnant and honestly don't need the stress b/c I get SO angry dealing with these people, but at the same time I just can't be treated like this and forget about it.

Best Buy is a HUGE corporation and everytime I complain I feel that I get nowhere. How can I complain where it will matter??

When I was having a problem with a cell phone company a while back I had to make a million phone calls until I got to the VP of Customer Service. If you can find out who that person is at Best Buy maybe you will get somewhere.

I had a major problem with Home Depot and demanded the name of their Regional Manager/VP. If the store won't give you that information, you can always contact their customer service line or their corporate headquarters:

you need to call someone very high up to take care of the problem.

We had a horrible problem with best buy in the past and their not honoring their warranty as written - it was eventually fixed but with a lot of headaches. We just kept at headquarters b.c we got nowhere with the local store. They really don't care.

I like to send a detailed letter to the President of the corporation, return reciept requested. When they know that you know that they have the letter, they tend to respond.
I usually make the letter professional with a touch of nasty!
